Prior to joining the real estate industry, I was a financial consultant specialising in investment with one of the top financial advisory firms. During then, I meet clients from all walks of life and been through trying times together during the COVID-19 pandemic when the business and stock markets took a hit. My finance background over the years has allowed me to gain strengths of doing in-depth financial calculation and risk assessment through detailed analysis of price trends, threading along the URA master plan closely.
